BRUCE WHITNEY
(Managing Director) has been directing
and producing theatre in L.A. for ten years. His directorial
debut, Robby Sella's A SHOT IN THE HEART, garnered two Drama-Logue
Awards.
He worked with PRT as Sound Designer for
BARBARIANS before assuming his present position as Managing Director
of PRT. Bruce recently earned his MFA in directing from Cal Arts.
Recently Mr. Whitney worked with About
Productions in developing an educational program for Theresa
Chavez' THE CORRECT POSTURE OF A TRUE REVOLUTIONARY, and directed
the world premiere of TRYST (set on the Internet, the production
was performed live at the Electronic Cafe in Santa Monica and
The Kitchen in New York City).
He recently directed A DOZEN INNOCENTS
at PRT's Co-Op.
