Elspeth Weingarten produces Keith Stevenson’s cult-hit FRIED MEAT series including OUT THERE ON FRIED MEAT RIDGE RD., A FRIED MEAT CHRISTMAS and now THE UNFRYABLE MEATNESS OF BEING. She also produced the smash hit adaptation of Shakespeare’s Henry V, which just finished its five-month run at PRT and was named LA Times Critic’s Choice, LA Weekly GO! and Ovation Recommended. She has worked with companies throughout Los Angeles, including Sacred Fools Theater Company, Padua Playwrights, The Hayworth Theatre and Elephant Stageworks. Weingarten also performed in PRT’s Henry V, as well as in a number of independent films. When not in the theatre, Weingarten plays rugby and banked-track roller derby in Los Angeles.
